Agri-Processing & Food Technology​Ghana is moving heavily from exporting raw materials to value-added production ("Buy Ghana, Build Ghana").​The Demand: Processed food items with a longer shelf life and organic certifications.​The Opportunity: Mid-scale poultry and fish farming (tilapia/catfish), or processing raw agricultural outputs into consumer packages (e.g., packaged fruit juices, dried fruits, or specialty spices) for both local consumption and export.
