Requirements from Client
To start, I need five things: 1. The records themselves — photos of a notebook are fine. Do not retype or tidy anything first. Typing it out is the part you're paying me to do. 2. What the business is and what you're tracking (sales, orders, expenses, members, students, tenants, stock). 3. Roughly how many rows — tens, hundreds, or thousands. 4. What you want to see at the end: total sales, per customer, per month, cash vs mobile money, whatever matters to you. 5. Anything that MUST be in the file — a column your accountant asks for, a format your bank needs, a name spelling that has to be exact. You can answer these in a chat message. No form to fill, nothing to install. If anything is unclear I'll ask before I start, not after.
