Community products allow you to create membership sites with different tiers and recurring revenue. Available from the Grow plan up.
01Step 1: Product Details
Start by adding your community details
- Click 'Add a new product' from Creator Dashboard
- Click 'Add details' button
- Enter title (e.g., 'Exclusive Marketing Community')
- Write description of community benefits
- Select 'Community' as category
- Add relevant tags (optional)
- Click 'Save & continue'
02Step 2: Thumbnail
Upload a community cover image
- Click 'Add thumbnail' button
- Upload image (recommended: 1200x630px) or paste URL
- Click 'Save & continue'
03Step 2b: Gallery (Optional)
Add up to 3 additional images
- Click 'Add gallery' button
- Upload images showing community activities, member testimonials, or events
- Click 'Save & continue'
04Step 3: Pricing
Set base pricing
- Click 'Set price' button
- Enter base price in GHS
- Optional: Set discounted price
- Click 'Save & continue'
05Step 4: File Upload
Add community access link
- Upload files and videos directly OR use an external link (Dropbox, Google Drive)
- Click 'Save & continue'
06Step 5: Marketing Video (Optional)
Add a promo video
- Click 'Add video link' button
- Paste video URL showing community activities and member benefits
- Click 'Save & continue'
07Step 6: Membership Tiers
Create different membership levels
- Click 'Build tiers' button
- Click 'Add Tier' for each membership level
- Enter tier name (e.g., 'Basic Member', 'Pro Member', 'VIP')
- Set monthly price for each tier
- Add tier description
- Click 'Add Benefit' to list what each tier includes
- Create multiple tiers with increasing benefits
- Click 'Save & continue'
08Step 7: Publish
Launch your community
- Review all tiers and benefits
- Click 'Publish product'
- Buyers can now choose their tier and subscribe monthly
