01Step 1: Product Details
Start by adding your playbook details
- Click 'Add a new product' from Creator Dashboard
- Click 'Add details' button
- Enter title (e.g., 'Product Launch Playbook')
- Write description of playbook outcomes
- Select 'Playbook' as category
- Add relevant tags (optional)
- Click 'Save & continue'
02Step 2: Thumbnail
Upload a cover image
- Click 'Add thumbnail' button
- Upload image (recommended: 1200x630px) or paste URL
- Click 'Save & continue'
03Step 2b: Gallery (Optional)
Add up to 3 additional images
- Click 'Add gallery' button
- Upload images showing playbook preview pages or framework diagrams
- Click 'Save & continue'
04Step 3: Pricing
Set your playbook price
- Click 'Set price' button
- Enter price in GHS
- Optional: Set discounted price
- Click 'Save & continue'
05Step 4: File Upload
Add playbook file
- Upload files and videos directly OR use an external link (Dropbox, Google Drive)
- Click 'Save & continue'
06Step 5: Marketing Video (Optional)
Add a promo video
- Click 'Add video link' button
- Paste video URL showing playbook overview and outcomes
- Click 'Save & continue'
07Step 6: Playbook Structure
Organize your playbook into phases and steps
- Click 'Build structure' button
- Click 'Add Phase' for each major phase
- Enter phase title, duration, and description
- Click 'Add Step' within each phase
- Enter step details: title, description, timeline, deliverable
- Add more steps and phases as needed
- Click 'Save & continue'
08Step 7: Publish
Launch your playbook
- Review all phases and steps
- Click 'Publish product'
