01Step 1: Product Details
Start by adding your system details
- Click 'Add a new product' from Creator Dashboard
- Click 'Add details' button
- Enter title (e.g., 'Customer Onboarding System')
- Write description of system benefits
- Select 'Systems' as category
- Add relevant tags (optional)
- Click 'Save & continue'
02Step 2: Thumbnail
Upload a cover image
- Click 'Add thumbnail' button
- Upload image (recommended: 1200x630px) or paste URL
- Click 'Save & continue'
03Step 2b: Gallery (Optional)
Add up to 3 additional images
- Click 'Add gallery' button
- Upload images showing system diagrams, workflow charts, or process maps
- Click 'Save & continue'
04Step 3: Pricing
Set your system price
- Click 'Set price' button
- Enter price in GHS
- Optional: Set discounted price
- Click 'Save & continue'
05Step 4: File Upload
Add system documentation file
- Upload files and videos directly OR use an external link (Dropbox, Google Drive)
- Click 'Save & continue'
06Step 5: Marketing Video (Optional)
Add a promo video
- Click 'Add video link' button
- Paste video URL showing system overview and implementation
- Click 'Save & continue'
07Step 6: System Components
Define your system components and processes
- Click 'Build system' button
- Click 'Add Component' for each major component
- Enter component name and description
- Click 'Add Process' within each component
- Document process details: name, description, workflow, integrations
- Add more processes and components as needed
- Click 'Save & continue'
08Step 7: Publish
Launch your system
- Review all components and processes
- Click 'Publish product'
