How to Set Up Automated Buyer Onboarding Emails

First impressions matter. With automated buyer onboarding, every new customer receives a personalized welcome email after purchasing your product — complete with access links, category-specific tips, and your custom message.

Step 1: Enable Onboarding
Turn on automated buyer onboarding
- ✓Go to /dashboard/settings and click the 'Integrations' tab
- ✓Find 'Automated Buyer Onboarding'
- ✓Toggle the switch to enable it

Step 2: Customize Your Message
Add a personal touch to the welcome email
- ✓Optionally set a custom email subject (default: 'Welcome - [Product Title]')
- ✓Write a custom message — this appears in a highlighted block from you
- ✓For example: 'Thanks for joining! Start with module 1 and reach out if you need help.'
- ✓Click 'Save Onboarding Settings'

Does this apply to all my products?
Yes — the onboarding email is sent after any product purchase, with tips tailored to the product category.
Can I have different messages per product?
Currently the message is account-wide. Per-product messages are on the roadmap.
